Contractors in our network operate with response expectations and accountability standards. If you experience delays, you can submit a follow-up request or contact us directly.

No. CRA is a routing and intake management platform — we do not perform contractor work. We help connect homeowners with contractors in our network. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, pricing, or project results. We recommend verifying contractor credentials, reviewing contracts carefully, and checking references before hiring.

Contractors in the CRA network are vetted for license, insurance, and relevant trade experience. Network placement is determined by service area, trade category, and operational capacity. CRA operates on a territory model, with limited contractors per trade per area to reduce competition and improve service quality.

CRA's intake infrastructure includes missed-call recovery systems designed to close communication gaps. If a contractor fails to respond within a reasonable timeframe, you can submit a follow-up request through our system. We continuously evaluate contractor responsiveness as part of our accountability standards.

Before hiring any contractor, ask about their license status, insurance coverage, and relevant project experience. Request references from recent similar jobs and call them. CRA routes requests based on territory and trade assignment — one contractor per trade per area. This model is designed to reduce bidding wars and improve contractor focus. If you would like additional quotes, you are welcome to contact contractors outside the CRA network independently. We recommend getting 2–3 estimates for major projects.

Submitting a service request through CRA is free for homeowners. CRA generates revenue through contractor network membership fees, not by selling homeowner information. Your information is handled according to our privacy policy and used only to route your service request.

CRA operates in specific service areas assigned to contractors. Availability varies by location and trade. When you submit a service request, we will confirm whether coverage is available in your area. If your area is not currently served, we will notify you.

For true emergencies (gas leaks, active water flooding, no heat in winter), contact emergency services first.
