Selective Network • Limited Capacity Per Trade Per Market

You May Qualify for Territory Access

This is not open enrollment. CRA controls market access—not contractors. You are applying for structured placement, not purchasing leads. Every contractor in the network operates under defined territory agreements with no competing assignments. Acceptance is selective and based on structured evaluation criteria.

Applications Are Reviewed

Not automatically approved. Each application is evaluated against defined standards. Access may be restricted by city, trade, and current capacity.

Limited Network Capacity

Only a limited number of contractors per trade per market are accepted. Some contractor categories may be at or near capacity. This is not open enrollment.

Performance-Based Routing

Routing priority is earned through responsiveness, professionalism, and results. Participation standards are monitored continuously. Access may be adjusted based on performance.

Most applicants are not approved. CRA maintains strict selectivity. Each application is evaluated against defined criteria including trade expertise, service area coverage, responsiveness standards, business professionalism, and current capacity. Professional fit matters—meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee acceptance.
