and results. Participation standards are monitored continuously.

Applications are reviewed against CRA qualification standards,
including licensing verification, insurance confirmation, business
history, and operational fit assessment. Not every applicant is
approved. We conduct individual evaluations to maintain network
quality.
No. Most applicants are not accepted. This is intentional. Network
access is selective by design—we maintain limited contractor density
per market and trade to protect territory value and service quality.
Professional fit matters as much as qualification.
Your application will be reviewed against CRA qualification
standards. We may conduct verification of license, insurance, and
business status. Not all applicants will be contacted—only qualified
candidates who meet the network's requirements. If approved, you
will receive network participation details.
Primary markets include Raleigh and the surrounding areas of North
Carolina (Wake County, including Cary, Apex, Garner, Wake Forest,
and Knightdale). Availability varies by trade and current network
composition. Some trades in some areas may have no current
availability.
Contractors receive routing setup assistance, response protocol
guidance, and ongoing accountability reporting. We monitor
performance metrics and provide visibility into assigned
opportunities. Support is available, but contractors are expected to
maintain their own operational standards.
Lead marketplaces sell the same lead to multiple contractors,
creating competition. CRA assigns qualified opportunities based on
territory and trade without competitive bidding. You're not buying
access to a lead database—you're receiving exclusive routing based
on market position and performance standards.
Established contractors with proper licensing and insurance who want
structured demand rather than random lead buying. You should have
follow-up systems, response discipline, and the ability to handle
assigned work. Side operators without business infrastructure, or
contractors who can't meet accountability standards, are not a fit.
